I successfully completed five

years of post-graduate training in psychotherapy at Regent’s University to achieve:

  • The Post Graduate Diploma: Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling

  • The Advanced Diploma: Existential Psychotherapy

  • The Hans W.Cohn Award for Excellence by The Society of Existential Analysis.

Subsequently I have undertaken

additional specialist training in

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness. I continually explore relevant training opportunities and read up on

current developments in psychology and psychotherapy so as to keep up to date with important new research and evolving professional practice.

I have been a practicing

psychotherapist for 9 years in private practice and in the NHS in London. I had

previous successful careers in the fashion and catering businesses and

have also raised two children while moving between four different European countries.

Consequently, I am very sensitive to the difficulties often encountered by people struggling to adapt to new and unusual cultural environments. I have specific experience of working with the difficult or confusing transitionsfrom young adulthood, into parenthood, middle age or old age and possible bereavement. I am fully conscious of the anxiety or sense of despair these changes can bring about.

I can offer therapy in English, Italian and French.
