How I Work
In my practice, I adopt an integrative approach to therapy, blending three key modalities—psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and person-centred therapy—to create a personalised experience for each client.
Psychotherapy allows us to delve into your life experiences and emotions, exploring how they shape your current thoughts and behaviours. Together, we’ll reflect on your past, uncover patterns, and gain insights that can lead to healing and growth.
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) focuses on the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. We’ll work together to identify unhelpful thought patterns and challenge them, empowering you with practical strategies to cope with life’s challenges and improve your emotional well-being.
Person-Centred Therapy is all about you. In this supportive and non-judgmental space, I prioritise your voice and experiences, allowing you to explore your feelings at your own pace. My role is to listen empathetically and provide a safe environment for self-discovery, fostering the confidence to make meaningful changes in your life.
By integrating these approaches, I aim to create a holistic and tailored therapeutic experience that resonates with you, guiding you toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of growth and transformation that is uniquely yours.

The session
Each session will be 50 minuets long at the same day and time every week, subject to mutually agreed change or re-arrangement.
When arriving late to a session we will only have the allocated remaining time available. Sessions missed or unattended without 24 hours notice will be chargeable.

Confidentiality
All sessions are completely confidential unless the client is at risk to themselves or others, a previous undisclosed crime has been committed and/or where it is found that children are at risk.

Fees
Individual sessions are charged at £70 per session per 50 minute session, I offer half price sessions at £35 for those on a low income, OAP'S and Students. Client will be invoiced at the end of every month with the recommendation that payment will be made via electronic banking, cheques and cash payments are also available, client should make every effort to pay the invoice before the next session.
